Why the contract details matter

The published forms do not tell residents the full current obligation.

Each packet order form requires at least 30 days' notice of non-renewal, but the executed terms, validation dates, current deadlines, and any early-termination obligation are not in the reviewed public record.

Renewal can extend the commitment

The later order lists a 36-month renewal term after its first year. The current deadline depends on dates not shown in the packet.

Signed agreements, amendments, invoices, credits, and grant conditions could change the amount or timing residents see here.

Service and payment are different questions

A remaining payment obligation would not necessarily mean the cameras must keep collecting or remain connected.

What installation-validation dates started each term, and what is the non-renewal deadline for each order?

Recurring funding

Are both recurring charges active, and does the grant reimburse only the first year or support later years?

What notice, remaining payment, grant repayment, vendor action, and evidence-preservation duties would apply if Celina ends the program?
