Celina ALPR Watch is an independent public-interest website for people who want to understand Celina's license plate reader program without sorting through contracts, meeting packets, policy documents, and vendor pages on their own.
Why this site exists
Celina drivers should know what is recorded and where it can go.
The site supports ending the program and removing all 47 readers. It does not pretend to be neutral about that conclusion.
It also does not claim that every police search is improper. The argument is narrower: Celina has not published enough local results to justify routine collection at this scale.
